    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I rise to second this Motion and to thank the Minister for Finance for bringing it. We agreed as a House Business Committee yesterday, that for purposes of expediting the business, given the tight calendar that is remaining for this House before the General Election, it is important that we allow, as a Back Bench or bend over as usual to accommodate the Government.
