    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1)— (i) paragraph (a), by deleting subparagraph (i) thereof and substituting therefor the following new item— (i) creating a conducive environment for the growth of the public benefit organisations sector and for the operations of the registered public benefit organisations; (ii) by deleting paragraph (g) thereof and substituting therefor the following new paragraph— (g) facilitate mechanisms for government collaboration with public benefit organizations, including funding of public benefit organizations activities and involvement of public benefit organizations in the implementation of government projects; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2)."
