    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 10 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by deleting the words “shall be deemed to have been automatically registered under this Act and” appearing between the words “organisation” and “may”; and by inserting the following words “immediately at the end of the sub clause “or communicate to the organization that the registration has been refused, together with the reasons therefor”; (b) by deleting sub-clause (2)."
