The President of Kenya has never, in a public function, humiliated the Minister for Education in respect of this matter. Why did the Minister, instead of defending those senior officers, parade and humiliate them? Why did he not use protocol, which demands that when your senior is there, he is the one who bears the responsibility? Why did he humiliate those senior officers? Mr. Minister, are you in order to refuse to clarify that particular point?"
