I want to assure this august House that, indeed, it was a protective measure because there was a blanket assumption that if the money that was captured in the audit report went to the schools, those teachers had taken it. I only wanted to make a public confirmation. It was in their interest, and there is nobody who has complained about it, except those who have been in some other payroll, in order to be able to come out of the situation.
