It is, indeed, true that I came to this august House and issued a Ministerial Statement regarding the Kshs4.2 billion. I remember that hon. Mbadi was one of those who made contribution to the Ministerial Statement I issued in this House. I have not departed from what I said in this House then. There is additional information to what I told this House; subject to the outcome of the investigations that are ongoing. I will table in this House the full details of the investigations outcome. There is nobody who is running away from anything. It is just a matter of time. I think many people will be ashamed."
