    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended in clause 29 in sub-clause (1) by— (a) inserting the words “at least ten years post qualification” immediately before the word “experience” appearing in paragraph (c); (b) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c); (d) has at least one degree from a recognized University; (e) has no subsisting office or membership in a public benefit organization."
