    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, clause 29 be amended— (a) by deleting the word “Commission” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Authority”; (b) in subclause (1) by— (i) deleting the word “and” appearing at the end of paragraph (b); (ii) deleting paragraph (c) and substituting therefor the following new paragraphs— “(c) is a holder of at least an undergraduate degree from a university recognised in Kenya; and (d) has knowledge and at least five years experience in matters relating to public benefit organisations, finance or management.”"
