    "content": "THAT, Clause 38 be amended by— (a) deleting the word “Commission” wherever it appears and substituting therefor the word “Authority”; (b) deleting subclause (1) and substituting therefor the following new subclauses— “(1) There shall be a director of the Authority who shall be appointed by the Authority. (1A) The Director shall hold office for a period of five years, on such terms and conditions of employment as the Authority may determine, and shall be eligible for re-appointment for a further and final term of five years.”"
