"content": "registration procedures, and satisfy such application requirements, as may be provided for in the regulations. (5) An organization registered pursuant to an application made under subsection (2)(b) shall be required by the Authority to— (a) have at least one third of its directors who are Kenyan citizens and who are resident in Kenya; and (b) maintain an office in Kenya. (6) Regulations shall provide for the regulation of organisations issued with a permit to operate in Kenya under subsection (2)(a)."
