    "content": "(2) The Executive Director appointed under the former Act and in office immediately before the commencement of this Act shall continue in office as the Director-General under this Act for his or her unexpired term and shall continue in office as if appointed under this Act for the remainder of a five-year term as provided for under this Act, and shall be eligible for re-appointment once."
