But the letter continues to say: “However, it was brought to our attention that the generator sets for the same borehole that Kenya Red Cross financed and had paid for, were proposed, budgeted for and allegedly paid under the Constituencies Development Fund. We were advised that the CDF had procured generator sets for the two boreholes at Abakore and Meri, despite the fact that the contractor had been paid by Kenya Red Cross.”"
