As you were consulting, I wanted to rise on a point of order to say that the Assistant Minister has declined to answer the Question because to him, the matter is sub judice. He has said that the matter is in court and you were consulting at that time. If he intends to refuse to answer because it is sub judice, then he must comply with the Standing Orders and produce evidence to show that the matter is in court and discussing it here is going to prejudice the outcome. He has failed to do that."
