    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. The Assistant Minister is not very serious or keen in giving the right answer to this Question. For a very long time, we have discussed matters that are pending in court. At times, we stop discussing because evidence is tabled before this House that the matter is in court. So, with that experience, I find him out of order to plead with the House to be given time to go and look for papers, when he knows that there is a condition that evidence must be tabled before this House to prove that there is an active case in court. That notwithstanding, I would have expected him to be more persuasive by even advising the Board of Governors. The BoG of Idavaga should act on his behalf to explore the provisions of Article 159 of the Constitution on alternative dispute resolution, if at all he is interested in making sure that this school has room for expansion. Is he in order?"
