Sirat was fully and adequately punished by the Speaker for both infringement and imputing improper motive on an hon. Member and also insisting that he had no interest. I think we should rest the matter there because that is adequate punishment. It should not be seen as if it is personal. As hon. Members, we should allow the issue to rest there."
