When it was raised, we requested that it be directed to the Ministry of State for the Development of Northern Kenya and other Semi Arid Lands and the Speaker agreed. We were only able to answer part (a) of the Question and we provide that information to the same Ministry. It is, therefore, not in order for this Question to be re-directed to our Ministry."
