I will not allow it to go to the Prime Minister’s Office again. This is a docket of the Minister for Finance. He can answer and tell how much money they have withdrawn from the Ministry of State for Defence, Ministry of Education, Ministry of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security and the Ministry of State for Development of Northern Kenya and Other Arid Lands."
