Did you hear the Attorney-General of Kenya say that a Minister of Government had advised him when the country knows that for Prof. Muigai to become the Attorney-General he went through a competitive process that deliberately found that he was competent. Now he is admitting that he incapable of advising the Government. Could the Chair guide this House as to whether, indeed, this Government has got an official Government advisor?"
