    "content": "How are we supposed to trust and believe all the things he is talking about? He has even gone ahead to say that the Government is “identifying”. We are not asking him to scratch his head. We are asking him to read the Constitution and The Public Finance Management Act and come up with those things. They are there in law. He does not need to search for them."
