    "content": "After the elections next year, Kenya will have a two-tier Government at the national and county level, a bicameral Parliament, increased accountability for elected officials and greater involvement by the public in governance at all levels. It is critical that Kenyans are led by competent leaders with high moral standards. I, therefore, call upon all Kenyans to vote wisely for the men and women who will sit in this House next year. Let us vote for leaders who put the interest of the people first, and who are hardworking and visionary. For the first time in nearly 50 years, I will not be on any election ballot paper."
