    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, we do not have such laws in Kenya. For example, with regard to insurance company, we need to educate Kenyans on this. If you buy a 15 years life insurance policy and eight years down the road, you cannot afford to pay more just because you do not have a job. Very few Kenyans know how they can get that money back. We need laws to protect such monies, so that they know their money is available."
