    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to join my colleagues in congratulating His Excellency the President. I joined this Parliament ten years ago when he started his presidency. As he leaves the presidency to go on retirement, I will be leaving this Parliament to go and start my new job as the Governor of Kitui. Mr. Speaker, Sir, the President will be remembered for the infrastructure in this country. The few days that Mr. President will be in office, just to complete his job on the infrastructure, I think he will remember the road from Kibwezi to Kitui which he promised to do as he proceeds on retirement. I thank you, Mr. President."
