    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, whereas the answer may not be very pleasing to the Member, it is the truth. Indeed, we had Gazette Notice on 30th of March this year which was showing the intention to acquire the land. Valuation of the affected properties was done in July this year. The valuation reports and the payments to be made are being awaited for from the Commissioner of Lands. My hands are tied up by the law. There is nothing I can do, but to tell the hon. Member to be patient. From now to July is not too long. I know that the citizens are suffering, but I am also equally concerned."
