    "content": "Building societies have done the same. The old East African Community also did the same. Even the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) is a culprit. There are many people who have died and their families do not know that they were holding accounts with the NSSF, and the money disappeared. What this law is trying to do is to now impose a duty on institutions, both public and private, that hold financial assets to account for them when they are not claimed."
