    "content": "Hon. Members, we must bring that to a close. Hon. Members, please, note that we are on record as a transformative Parliament. We have earned that distinction. The Clerk of the National Assembly, Mr. Patrick Gichohi, is the first to retire in office regularly when Parliament is in session. So, we have set the precedence. Those clerks who serve well, and who merit recognition, we will appreciate them when they retire, if they do so in office and when we are still in session. I want to encourage you, hon. Members; that those of you who may opt to retire when Parliament is still in session, we will accord you this privilege."
