If you look at the Order Paper, the time remaining and the commitment on the part of Members of Parliament, you will realize that we are not doing a lot of justice to the Bills that we are passing currently in this House. I am concerned that some of the Bills that are being presented to us; even though I support retention of the Provincial Administration, this is not the right time for this House to debate some of these Bills. It is really not a must that they should be passed before the life of this Parliament comes to an end. They could be deferred to the Eleventh Parliament. Let us have faith in the incoming Parliament to transact some of the business. Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is not even enough for the House Business Committee to ask us to extend time, yet some of the critical Bills that should be brought to this House like the Division of Revenue Bill are not before us.
