    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 3 of the Bill be amended in subclause (3)– (a) by deleting the word “Minister” appearing in paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”; (b) by deleting paragraph (b) and substituting therefor the following new subclause– (c) the Director of Medical Services or his representative; (c) by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph– (d) a representative of the Ministry for the time being responsible for urban areas and cities, appointed by the Cabinet Secretary in consultation with the Association. (d) by deleting the word “Minister” appearing in paragraph (e) and substituting therefor the word “Cabinet Secretary”."
