    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we recognize the role played by the KRCS. In the 1990s, the Government helped the Association for the Physically Challenged by buying Rehema House for them. Later on, they developed the new Rehema House. Could the Government consider allocating substantial amount of money, so that the KRCS can buy a huge commercial building which they can be relying on to help the people who are affected when calamities arise as it did for the physically challenged?"
