    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I thank Mr. Imanyara for his sentiments. Indeed, the work that the Kenya Red Cross Society does, as he has clearly pointed out, is appreciated by everybody across the country. They have done a lot, including in my constituency which is one of the drought-affected areas. The Kenya Red Cross Society has put up greenhouses there which have helped the people to get some food. However, on the issue of bringing an amendment, it is already provided for in the Act that they can acquire property both movable and immovable. To get funding from the Government, if I got him right, is properly in order. This organization needs and deserves Government support. I undertake that we will consider bringing a Bill to amend the Act as the hon. Member has proposed."
