Member for Wajir South, declare his interest in this Question because it is in the public domain that the Kenya Red Cross Society has already donated boreholes which are now in contention because the CDF claims to have drilled the same boreholes? Could he declare his interest in this matter, especially why he is attacking the Kenya Red Cross Society?"
