    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 32 of the Bill be amended in sub clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (c)— (d) the affordability, value for money and public sector comparator for the project as prescribed in the regulations made under this Act. Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, again this is to make sure that the Government gets value for its money."
