    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 34 of the Bill be amended— (a) by inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub clause (1)— (1A)The unit shall submit the feasibility report to the debt management office for assessment and approval of the fiscal risk and contingent liabilities of the project; (b) in subclause (2) by inserting the words “and the approval of the debt management office“ immediately after the word “recommendations”. (c) in subclause (3) by inserting the words “and the approval of Cabinet” at the end thereof. Again, this is just improving the clause as was recommended to us by the private sector."
