    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 46 of the Bill be amended— (a) in sub clause (2) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (c)— (d) a representative of the unit; (e) a representative of the Attorney- General; (b) in subclause (4) by deleting the words “and may co-opt into the Committee a representative of the unit”. This is just to include representatives of the Attorney-General and a representative of the unit."
