    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, the Chairman of the Committee has properly explained, but for purposes of procedure, I would like to propose a further amendment after what the Committee has said, so that it now reads:- “THAT, Clause 58(1) be amended by inserting the words “if fundamentally serious adverse consequences are likely to occur if the tender process is allowed to go on”. The word I am adding is immediately after the word “contract”."
