    "content": "THAT, Clause 64 of the Bill be amended by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after sub-clause (2)— (3) Upon the approval of the Committee, it may be agreed to resolve disputes arising under the project agreement through arbitration, or any other non-judicial means of dispute resolution agreed upon in the project agreement as specified in paragraph 18 of the Third Schedule."
