    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 66 the Bill be amended— (a) in sub-clause (1) by inserting the words “together with sector regulators, where applicable” immediately after the word “shall”; (b) by inserting the following new sub clause immediately after sub clause (5)— (6) The sector regulatory bodies shall play an active role in the project implementation phase through monitoring the performance of the contracting authority and the private party in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the Cabinet Secretary under this Act. This is to include other sectors also to be consulted."
