    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 1 be amended by inserting the words “which date shall not be later than thirty days from the date of assent” immediately after the word “appoint”. The reason for this is that after the assent of the Bill, sometimes Cabinet Secretaries may delay in gazetting the operationalization of the Bill. So, this is just giving a timeframe within which the Cabinet Secretary must gazette the operationalization of the Bill."
