    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to say that we agreed with the Attorney-General is Clause 6(5) which has a similar provision. So, even if you delete this, it does not really make a difference because it is already contained in Clause 6(5) and this is an amendment that was carried by the Committee. I would encourage the Attorney-General that we stay by what we agreed because what we discussed was that I was going to propose a deletion of Clause 6(5). We agreed that I do not move the amendment to delete Clause 6(5) which has similar provisions."
