The way the youth of any nation are brought up and educated determines the future and prosperity of that nation. Kenya’s development plans have over the years consistently stated that one major educational objective is producing a properly trained and disciplined patriotic youth that can in turn make a positive contribution to the development of this nation. Technical and vocational training is, therefore, fundamental to the economy of this nation."
