    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, finally, let me draw special attention to Part VI of this Bill, which talks about standards, quality and relevance in training. We can do all the training we want but unless we jealously protect standards and quality and ensure there is relevance to the needs of our economy, we will be doing nothing. Therefore, I want to draw the attention of hon. Members that this is not a law that is just speaking about regulation and management. It is a law which will also introduce very high standards and ensure quality. It will also provide a template for a guaranteeing relevance in the kind of courses and training that we give to our youth."
