    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Assistant Minister should not pretend that he has no powers to ensure payment of salaries for these workers. We know that the law empowers the Minister to appoint prosecutors. We also know that the Labour office is prosecuting employers who fail to pay their employees’ salaries on regular basis. Why has the Assistant Minister not taken such action to instruct the prosecutors to investigate and prosecute this company that has defiantly refused to pay its workers?"
