    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, we have one Government and I know that universities are under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Technology. In exercising their power as a Government, after punishing the relevant Vice-Chancellors who allowed these students to be admitted when they did not qualify for those courses, could they agree amongst themselves to bring in bridging courses for these Kenyans who have had to go through the university education and are now rendered redundant because of the mistake by the universities?"
