    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I am not aware that the driver was drunk. That is information that I am gathering from the hon. Member of Parliament. What I know is that the accident was caused early in the morning, at 6.00 a.m. and that the matter is being treated purely as an accident and it does not matter whether he is an inspector of police or a security officer, he will receive the same treatment as a civilian. I intend to go back to the office and issue instructions to Coast Provincial Police Officer (PPO) to ensure that this matter is dealt with expeditiously and that there should be no interference whatsoever."
