    "content": "My office noted that the matter in court had been instituted by the complainant and was not specific to the issue of the shareholding or the directorship, and was, therefore, subject to the judicial process for determination. After several meetings between my officers and the complainant, and a lot of correspondences exchanged between all the parties, an order to retain the status quo was made by my office and was communicated by a letter dated 17th September, 2012, which letter is available and is attached to this answer."
