In fact, we have started sensitizing farmers but it should be appreciated here that the Ministry of Trade is not the only implementing agent in this case. We are working together with the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Local Government, and with all other implementing agents. We want to work out a modality for sensitizing not only the Maragua people and the surrounding counties but also other areas where hubs will be developed."
