My advice is that if you can get a copy of that order, circulate it to all your CDF account managers, so that they know the process that they need to follow in the event of dispute resolution. The High Court has made a very specific ruling on the issue and it has to go to the Arbitration Board before going to court. So, I think it is out of ignorance. If you are to clarify in a circular, I think this will go a long way to also addressing that issue of these injunctions that have delayed the implementation of the CDF projects."
