    "content": "Yesterday, the Attorney-General told this House that there was a system failure in the way Bills move from Parliament to his office and to the final or highest office. This is very unfortunate because this is the fourth time that a law is amended and other laws are made out there by unknown people. So, I plead with the Chair that if, indeed, this has happened, somebody must be answerable in this particular case."
