"content": " Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Having explained what is in the Order Paper and is subject to what the Members will decide--- However, we still have crucial business which is yet to be concluded. While we will be seeking extension of normal sitting time to allow us to cover more ground, we may not dispose of all business in today’s Order Paper. Most importantly, on Tuesday, the House Business Committee asked the Leader of Government Business to ensure that all important Bills implementing the Constitution are published and introduced for enactment without any further delay. That was cleared in the Cabinet today to utilize the short period remaining before the life of the Tenth Parliament elapses on 14th January. 2013--- If the House decides not to go for break on Thursday, we will carry forward the business which will not be completed today to that day. Then we will meet again the next Wednesday to prioritize business for the first week of January, 2013. With that, I invite any clarifications."
