    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I also rise to support this Motion. I have known Mr. David Kimaiyo for a very long time. He is a man who is going to give the new Police Service prudent leadership. He is a man of courage. In fact, last May, I was the leader of a delegation to Washington and was privileged to benefit remarkably from the knowledge of Mr. Kimaiyo regarding security. So, this gentleman will give the new Police Service good leadership. He is a visionary leader, courageous and a man of impeccable qualifications both spiritually and academically. He is also fully trained in the security sector."
