    "content": "I want to put a rider in this august House that national security organs should be fully supported with resources. Also, this august House should not condemn the national security organs, which are the premium security of the country. Some of my colleagues have a habit of condemning the Police Service and the Military for doing their job. As I support Mr. Kimaiyo as he begins his job, I want this House to support our security organs. That will give them the morale and the opportunity to serve the country."
